Mikko Kärkkäinen, founder, designer and CEO of the Finnish design company Tunto Design, has been awarded with the Finnish State Award in Design 2015.
The State Award in design is nominated by the Finnish National Council of Architecture, Design and Environmental Arts.
The State Award in Design is awarded as a recognition of outstanding work or achievement in design during the past three years. The award can also be granted for long-term meritorious work in design.
