Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting Tunto.com and/ or using our webshop, you’re agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement. These terms are necessary in order to protect both you and us, and to make our services possible and more enjoyable for everyone.

Tunto Design (“Tunto” or "Us, Our, We") is a Finnish LED and OLED design lighting manufacturer offered through the URL www.tunto.com (we’ll refer to it as the “Website”) that allows you to browse our products, and services, and to buy our products online in our webshop. Tunto is owned and operated by Tunto Design Oy, a Finnish limited company (Ltd) (“Tunto,” “we,” or “us”). As a website visitor and/ or customer of the webshop ("Service)", you’re a “visitor” according to this agreement (or “you”).

In order to buy in our webshop, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts;

• Agree to our Terms; and

• Provide us with true, complete, and up-to-date contact information to be able to complete the order and shipping process.

When you browse our website and/ or our Service or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, pictures, or notices and messages on this site and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 

The information you submit to www.tunto.com will be handled with utmost care and respect. Tunto Oy will only use your personal information when we are handling orders, during shipments and deliveries, for secure payments and, in some cases, customs declaration.

The depiction of products and prices is a binding offer. The information on the website is subject to change by us and may be changed without notice. (for example price adjustments, changes to our models, technical changes, etc.)

You can place your order on our website by selecting and adding your products of choice to the shopping cart. During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose your payment option and to fill in the information, which you will be able to change until you click the “Checkout” button on the checkout page. We will confirm your order by sending you an automatically generated confirmation Email, which will contain information on the products ordered, prices, shipping specifications, as well as the information filled in by you in the ordering process.

We always strive for the happiness and satisfaction of our customers and we hope that you can enjoy our products for a long time. In order for you to receive our lights in the best conditions and time delays, we offer two delivery options at this time, depending on the country of destination. Please refer to our Shipping Information here. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our workshop, we will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail with the tracking code. Please note: Our aim is to deliver your order to you at the soonest possible date. Tunto can not be held responsible for delays in the delivery of the goods caused by the shipping company through unexpected circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, etc.

As per EU Consumer Rights Directive, you can choose to withdraw from your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your goods. Just send them back. (This does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes). Please contact us at customerservice@tunto.com or call us: Tel: +358 104 21 3000 to discuss a return or exchange within 14 working days starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received. Our products are accompanied by a 2-year warranty, as required by EU law. Additionally, each product undergoes rigorous quality control inspection before leaving our workshop.

All prices displayed on our website are gross prices including VAT (Value Added Tax). We pay the local VAT for these orders and there will be no duties or customs to be paid by you. We also offer you FREE shipping without a minimum purchase within Europe. 

o be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts;

• Using your real name, phone number, e-mail address and payment details -Provide a shipping address that is not a PO-box; and

• Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner or an alternative accepted payment method.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that they are authorised to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won’t be rejected.

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of delivery. (This does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes). After we have received the product back in perfect condition, we’ll refund you the repayment within the next 14 working days in the same form as you made the payment. Follow the instructions in the Return Policy for seamless processing and refund

All confidential information and transactions will be encrypted when you place an order from our webshop. the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through the purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and our provider regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification.which is the industry standard for Internet encryption, used by banks to secure online transactions.

You will respect our proprietary rights on the Website and the products (proprietary rights include trademarks, service marks, and copyrights).
