Toimitus- ja tilausehdot
Täytä tarkat tilaustiedot ja lähetä tilaus. Saat sähköpostilla vahvistuksen, jossa näkyvät tilaustiedot sekä toimitusaika.

Turvalliset maksutavat
Maksutapoina käyvät postiennakko ja isommissa tilauksissa tilisiirto. Tilinumerosi ei näy missään vaiheessa internetissä. Toimituskulut lisätään tuotteen hintaan.

Toimitusaika
Normaali toimitusaikamme on noin 10 arkipäivää. Kauden kiireisimpinä aikona toimitus voi kestää hieman kauemmin.

Virheellinen tai vahingoittunut tuote
Ilmoita virheellisestä tai vahingoittuneesta tuotteesta 14 päivän kuluessa. TUNTO vastaa tuotteen palautuksesta. Mikäli huomaat lähetyksesi vahingoittuneen, ilmoita siitä välittömästi postitoimistoon. Älä lunasta vahingoittunutta lähetystä. Palautettavan tuotteen on oltava ehdottomasti käyttämätön.  

Toivomme, että täytät tuottetta palauttaessasi palautusselityksen ja merkitset tuotteen palautussyyn. Jos huomaat virheen vasta 14 päivän jälkeen, ota välittömästi yhteyttä.  

Heti, kun saamme palautuksen, maksamme kauppasumman takaisin ja varaamme sinulle mahdollisesti tilaamasi uudet tuotteet ilman lisämaksuja.

Ordering and delivery
Fill in detailed order information and send the order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order information and an estimated delivery time.

Safe methods of payment
We accept COD (cash on delivery) and (with large orders) bank transactions. None of your private account information will be visible on the Internet at any time. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the item.

Delivery time
Our normal delivery time is approximately 10 working days. During busy seasons, the deliveries can take slightly longer.

Incorrect or defective item
Notify TUNTO of an incorrect or defective item within 14 days. TUNTO is responsible for the return shipping charges. If you notice that your item has been damaged during shipment, notify the post office immediately. Do not claim a damaged shipment. The returned item must be unused.

We hope that you fill in an explation of the return when returning an item. If you notice a defection in the item after 14 days, contact TUNTO immediately.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund you the price. If you decide to order any new items, they will be reserved for you without extra costs.
